Move Better To Live Better

I've been an athlete my whole life and transitioning out of a sport was a hard adjustment for me. I started strength training as a way to keep me active. I found a passion for it, got certified and began helping people change their lives. There were still moments, even as a coach, where I felt bored with my workouts, I realized I wasn't as mobile, and felt myself slowing down. Then I realized, just because I am no longer an athlete doesn't mean I have to stop training like one.

I'm Tay, your personal online coach! I believe that no matter what stage of life you are in, you deserve to move in a way that makes life easier. Whether that is becoming a faster, more explosive athlete, becoming more mobile or just to move better and feel healthier, your body is a temple, so it deserves to be treated like one, no matter what that looks like for you. I have worked with clients ages 14-82 on their journey to health and I am so excited to help you on yours as well! If this is you, I was exactly where you were at. If you're new to the gym and need the basics, I can get you started on a beginner plan to work your way up to my intermediate and advanced plans. No matter where you are in your journey, my goal is to help you become better and more athletic.
